Patricia Marlin, President
Patricia Marlin
has been involved in employing leading edge technology
solutions for the last 25 years.
She is the founder and president of Business
Technology Solutions.

| She is currently on the board of the Working Women's
Forum in CT.
She has worked for large consumer packaged goods
companies such as Kraft Foods where she was the Director
of Internet Technologies for the E-Commerce Division.
While at Kraft she had technology responsibility for
more than 35 brand sites, strategic alliances, technical
partnerships, technical training and site measurement
and reporting. She lead the implementation of
technologies for personalization, collaborative
filtering and wireless applications. Her
experience at Kraft also included Electronic Marketing
systems, Market Research and Analytics Systems, Sales
and Promotions Systems, Executive Reporting Systems and
Syndicated Data Research and Systems.
Pat Marlin also
brings experience from small businesses as well.
Pat served as the Chief Technology Office at AHAGroup,
Inc., a direct marketing company that included the
businesses The American Homeowners Association and
American Health Association. While there she was
responsible for design, development and implementation
of email marketing systems, customer acquisition
programs, campaign analysis, secure billing systems,
campaign optimization programs, customer service
interfaces, financial interface systems, fulfillment
systems and the corporate intranet.
Pat received her MBA with a concentration in MIS from
Iona College. She is the recipient of numerous
awards as honors such as the Kraft Superior Achievement
Award, President's Club, Philip Morris Chairman's Award
and more. She has been an invited speaker to the
American Management Association and the Grocery
Manufacturers Association and is media trained. |

Lee Reynolds

Lee
Reynolds has more than 25 years of Information Technology
experience. Lee began her career as software instructor,
teaching classes and writing instructional documentation.
For
more than ten years, Lee worked on Kraft Foods’ Internet and
Intranet sites. She was part of the team that launched and
supported; kraftfoods.com, nabiscoworld.com, and 25 other
Kraft/Nabisco consumer sites.
Lee’s
experience includes developing marketing strategies, on-line
promotions, on-line contests, automated emails, site
measurement & statistical reporting, training, database
development, and electronic couponing.
Lee
has implemented programs for direct to consumer, as well as
retail programs targeting strategic value consumers. Lee has
been involved in all aspects of a project, from concept, to
development, through testing, launch and post-launch support.
In addition to
large consumer sites, Lee ‘s experience includes building
sites for small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Colette Ercole
Systems Consultant |
| Colette is a Systems Consultant with more than twenty
years of professional experience. Colette began her
technical career working for a small computer software
company that specialized in Facilities Management and
Non-profit application software development. She
gained significant experience in database design and
programming and she moved on to General Electric Consulting
Services and then to Kraft Foods.
During her years at Kraft she developed expertise in all
areas of marketing, sales and promotions. Colette
worked in the Maxwell House division, Corporate Information
Systems and the E-Commerce Division. She is
experienced with Nielsen Syndicated Data and other Market
Research tools and techniques.
Colette has significant internet experience. She
has worked on large corporate internet and intranet sites as
well as smaller ones. She has experience in web site
measurement, email campaigns, help applications and training
applications.
Colette received her Bachelor's degree in Management
Information Systems from Western Connecticut State
